An English–Chinese dictionary that opens where you are reading.
Hold Alt and point at any English word on a web page. A small card opens on the spot with the pronunciation, the part of speech, a short English definition, an example and the Chinese translation. Move on and it closes.
What it does
Underlines the words you are likely not to know, graded by frequency or by exam syllabus, from a dictionary bundled inside the extension.
Draws the Chinese meaning above each underlined word, if you want it.
Tells you before you read a page how many of its words are above your level.
Translates a selected phrase with one press, and keeps a sentence for later without translating it.
Keeps a word list with the sentence each word was met in, and reviews it on a spaced schedule.
Saves a page, a PDF or a YouTube transcript to read later, with everything above.
Shows a Chinese translation under each paragraph, using the browser's own on-device translator.
What leaves your browser
The one word you looked up, sent to a public dictionary and a public translation service without cookies.
Nothing else — not the page, not its address, not your word list. No account, no analytics.
Two optional features send more, and each is off until you set it up with credentials of your own.
